1. Acceptance
By accessing dainovel.ai or play.dainovel.ai you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use Dai Novel. Users under 18 must have parental consent.
3. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Dai Novel for personal, non-commercial storytelling and gameplay.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of prompts, characters, and stories you create. You grant Dai Novel a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service. AI-generated outputs may resemble other users' content; we make no claim of uniqueness.
5. Prohibited Use
- Generating sexual content involving minors.
- Generating content that incites violence or hate against protected groups.
- Reverse-engineering, scraping at scale, or attempting to extract model weights.
- Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting the service without written permission.
6. Credits & Billing
Premium features consume credits as described in-app. Credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. Free tier quotas may change with notice.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.
8. Disclaimer & Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
